Lined Check valves (Ball or Swing)

Our PFA lined check valves are designed for handling aggressive corrosive conditions, ensuring long-term reliability under the harshest conditions. With exceptional corrosion resistance, these valves are used in industries like chemical processing, chlor-alkali, mining, petrochemicals, pulp and paper, steel, pharmaceuticals, and wastewater treatment. We also offer check valves with FEP/PVDF/ETFE/ECTFE & PPH liners.
We offer two types of check valves depending on your requirement – swing check vale and ball type check valve. Both swing check valves and ball check valves are designed to allow fluid flow in one direction only, preventing backflow.
Swing check valves use a hinged disc that swings open to allow flow and closes to prevent backflow. They have low pressure drop and cause minimal turbulence in the flow.
Ball check valves use a spherical ball that seals against a seat to prevent backflow. They are known for their durability and longer lifespan due to their simpler design.
The choice between the two depends on the specific application and its requirements. With decades of industry expertise, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions tailored to your needs.

FAQ's
A PFA-lined check valve is a valve designed to prevent backflow in a piping system, featuring a lining made of PFA polymer, which offers excellent chemical resistance and high-temperature capabilities.
Both swing check valves and ball check valves are designed to allow fluid flow in one direction only, preventing backflow. However, they differ in their mechanisms:
· Swing check valves use a hinged disc that swings open to allow flow and closes to prevent backflow. They are known for their low pressure drop and minimal turbulence.
· Ball check valves use a spherical ball that seals against a seat to prevent backflow. They are known for their durability and longer lifespan due to their simpler design.
The choice between the two depends on the specific application and its requirements.
Yes, these valves find extensive application in Chlor-Alkali industries handling aggressive chemicals like hydrochloric acid and caustic soda.
We keep many valves in stock in our warehouse in Netherlands, India and USA and can ship them within a week.
