Lined Butterfly Valves

Our PFA lined butterfly valves are designed for handling aggressive corrosive conditions, ensuring long-term durability under the harshest conditions. With exceptional corrosion resistance, these valves are used in industries like chemical processing, chlor-alkali, mining, petrochemicals, pulp and paper, steel, pharmaceuticals, and wastewater treatment.  We also offer butterfly valves with FEP, PVDF, ETFE, ECTFE and PPH liners.

Our butterfly valves can operate in a wide temperature range (oC) and can withstand pressures up to 15 bar . Certified for CLASS VI – Tight Shutoff as per API 598, these valves have zero leakage ensuring safe and reliable operations.

Our butterfly valves come with versatile operational options choose from a robust cast iron lever, handwheel, electric, or pneumatic actuator for effortless control. The PTFE seats ensure low-friction performance and high endurance, while our single-piece shaft and uniformly lined PFA disc ensure corrosion free long-lasting service. Available in sizes from DN50 – DN 1000 ( 2” to 40”), our valves are ready to meet the demands of your project.

With decades of industry expertise, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions tailored to your needs.

FAQ's

A PFA-lined butterfly valve features a disc and body lined with PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy alkanes) , providing excellent corrosion resistance and low permeability.  This makes it ideal for handling aggressive chemicals, where standard valves may not be suitable

PFA lining offers high chemical resistance, a smooth surface that minimizes friction and fouling. The PFA lining acts as a barrier between the flowing medium and the valve's internal components, effectively shielding them from corrosive substances.

Yes, these valves generally require minimal maintenance. Regular inspection for wear and tear, along with routine cleaning, can help ensure their longevity.

Yes, PFA-lined butterfly valves can be designed to handle high pressures. It's important to verify the specifications with the requirements. It can bear a pressure up to 15 bar.

Typically, PFA-lined butterfly valves can operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +230°C, depending on the specific process conditions  and other factors.

PFA lined butterfly valves are ideal for handling a wide range of corrosive and aggressive chemicals, including acids, bases, solvents, and high-purity liquids.

Yes, these valves find extensive application in Chlor-Alkali industries handling aggressive chemicals like hydrochloric acid and caustic soda.

Certainly! We offer Antistatic PFA lined Valves in Dupont's grade C 980 or 3M Dyneon's 8502 ESDZ. Choosing the correct material is crucial, as a grounding spring alone cannot dissipate static charge in a standard PFA grade, which is non-conductive.

We keep many valves in stock in our warehouse in Netherlands, India and USA and can ship them within a week.

Our butterfly valves are available in numerous sizes DN50 – DN 1000 ( 2” to 40”), providing a range of options to meet diverse industrial needs.
