We offer PTFE, PVDF, ETFE, ECTFE, PFA, and FEP coatings  selected based on process chemistry and temperature.

The substrate is oven-heated and then electrostatically sprayed with fluoropolymer powder. Upon contact, the powder melts and bonds. This process is repeated to build up the layer to the desired thickness (up to 1000 microns).

Spray coating is ideal for components with complex shapes or external surfaces such as agitators, impellers, and baffles  ensuring uniform coverage and protection.
